These terms govern your use of Spark and the spark.bevza.pro website — a service for creating and sharing interactive content (Sparks). By using Spark, you agree to them.
Your content
You own the Sparks you create. You grant us the permissions we need to host, run, and serve them (including to people you share with) and to operate the service. You're responsible for what you make and share.
Acceptable use
- Don't create or share Sparks that are illegal, harmful, hateful, or infringe others' rights.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Don't impersonate others or misrepresent the origin of a Spark.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Remixing
Some Sparks can be remixed by others. When you publish a Spark that allows remixing, you permit other people to build their own versions from it. Respect the same when you remix someone else's.
Our rights
The Spark name, brand, and the service itself belong to us. These terms don't transfer any of our intellectual property to you.
No warranty
Spark is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
